I. Acknowledgement & License

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between you and Alec Brown (“Developer”), and not with Apple, Inc. (“Apple”) or Google, Inc. (“Google”). Alec Brown is solely responsible for the Shannii application and its content.

Scope of License: You are granted a non-transferable license to use Shannii on any Apple-branded or Android products that you own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules of your respective app store.

II. Agentic AI & Spiritual Guidance

Shannii utilizes a proprietary Agentic AI framework and LLM-integrated architecture to provide personalized insights based on Astrology, Numerology, Human Design, and Tarot.

III. Maintenance, Warranty & Billing

Maintenance: Alec Brown is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support. Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish such services.

Warranty: Alec Brown is solely responsible for any product warranties. In the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple or Google for a refund of the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platforms have no other warranty obligations.

Subscriptions: Payment is charged to your platform account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

IV. Safety & AI Conduct

We maintain a Zero-Tolerance Policy for objectionable content. You agree not to use AI features to generate content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or promotes violence. Users may report problematic AI-generated content within the interface. We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for violations.

V. Legal Compliance & Claims

Product Claims: Alec Brown is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application, including product liability or failure to conform to legal requirements.

Intellectual Property: In the event of a third-party claim of IP infringement, Alec Brown will be solely responsible for the investigation and defense of such claims.

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
