At Shannii, your privacy is our utmost priority. We are committed to securing the personal, astrological, and conversational data you entrust to our platform. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your information across our web and mobile applications.
II. DATA COLLECTION & USAGE
We collect personal information necessary to deliver personalized cosmic insights. This includes your name, email address, birth details (date, time, location), and any journal entries or reflections you provide within the app.
Auth credentials (such as Google and Apple account identifiers or email passwords) are handled securely through our authentication providers. We do not store plain-text passwords.
III. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely through secure third-party billing providers (Apple App Store, Google Play, and Stripe) and managed via RevenueCat. We never collect, process, or store your credit card or financial information directly on our servers.
IV. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & THIRD PARTIES
We use advanced AI models to generate insights from your data. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers. We only share necessary anonymized or strictly scoped data with trusted infrastructure partners (e.g., Supabase for database hosting, RevenueCat for purchase validation) to facilitate the core services of the app. Your personal profile data is not used to train public AI models.
V. YOUR DATA RIGHTS & DELETION
You have full ownership of your data. You can request to export or permanently delete your account, profile, and all associated journal entries at any time by visiting the Account Settings section in the app. Data deletion requests are processed promptly and irreversibly.
